Armand is the Founder and President of The Legends From The Past & Future Show, LLC and was born and raised in Annapolis Md.  During his time in High School he lettered two years in the Annapolis High Fighting Panthers football program. After graduating from Annapolis Senior High, He attended Anne Arundel Community College where he made the first team All Region and All JUCO teams his freshman and sophomore years. In 1981, Armand joined the United States Army and retired in the top three percent as a Sergeant First Class in 2003 from Fort Leavenworth Kansas.  After leaving Kansas, he worked as a defense contractor as one of the lead Supervisors in the PEO Soldier program until he left and began working in the Federal Government as the Property Book Officer for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.  Armand retired permanently in 2022 from the Federal Government. He’s married to the beautiful Dr Andrea Wallace and the proud father of four adult children and grandfather of five beautiful granddaughters.
