Known as “Ardie” to his immediate family, and extended family, Archie was born October 19, 1956, in Ft. Mead, Maryland. Subsequently, his family moved to Annapolis, Maryland in 1960. In Annapolis, Archie graduated from Eastport Elementary School, and Annapolis Junior High School (AJHS). In 1974, he graduated from Annapolis Senior High School (ASHS). Athletically, he was a member of the AJHS Basketball Team, the ASHS JV Basketball Team, and the ASHS Varsity Football Team. In 1974, he attended Anne Arundel Community College; at which time Archie was a member of the basketball team. In 1975, he enrolled at Morgan State University as a Physical Education - Concentration in Recreation Major. At Morgan, he played for the Morgan State University Racquetball Club Team and functioned as the Racquetball Team Head Coach for the 1981-82 season. Due to personal setbacks, Archie stopped attending classes at Morgan in the fall of 1979, returned in 1985 to complete 12 credits; returned in 2000, and subsequently, in 2002, graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up? Nolan Henson is a native Annapolitan who has served the Anne Arundel County Community for over 40 years. Both he and his wife Terry founded the New Life Church in Arnold, MD, and served as its senior pastors from 1993 to 2008. While serving as senior pastors, the church began missions work in Kenya, East Africa. What started 21 years ago as a donation to provide beans and rice to a small village of orphaned children due to the AIDS epidemic has blossomed into Kenya with Love, Inc. (KWL), a 501 (c) organization, serving the citizens of Kenya. The range of services provided and resources supplied to orphanages, schools, and churches include food, clothing, housing, education, business start-ups, ministry and pastoral support and everything in between. Over the past 21 years, 171 people have taken a combined total of 261 mission trips through the work of KWL. Several of them have begun independent and sustained work in Kenya and the neighboring countries. In addition to humanitarian relief, KWL hosts an annual Pastors Conference, which provides teaching and resources to pastors and churches. The 2024 KWL missions hosted a medical team from Maryland, which provided dental services to hundreds of adults and children over 3 days. The Kenya with Love missions work is ongoing and continues to be a catalyst for change, empowerment, and resources for the people of Kenya. Noland is also an accomplished entrepreneur and owner of various businesses, including Henson Properties, which provides tenant placement and property rehab services in and around Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County. Currently, Noland serves on the presbytery of Kingdom Celebration Center in Odenton Maryland, under the dynamic leadership of Apostle Antonio Palmer and Dr. Barbara Palmer. Noland and his wife Terry recently celebrated 43 years of marriage and are the proud parents of 3 adult daughters and 4 grandchildren.
