Kamilla Buckner, also known as “Coach K,” is a Certified Life Coach, Author, and Motivational Speaker with a passion for helping others transform their mindset and unlock their full potential.
With 28 years of combined experience in government service—19 years as a civilian and nine years as a contractor—Coach K served in key leadership roles, including on the Leadership Advisory Council for Coast Guard Headquarters.
After nearly three decades in government, Coach K made the bold decision to step away and fully embrace her life’s purpose: empowering individuals through mindset coaching. Since then, she has successfully coached a diverse range of clients, including pilots, FBI agents, schoolteachers, and business owners.
From this passion, Coach K created Be Who She Is, a brand that encourages women to embrace their identity, reclaim their confidence, and become who they were created to be. Through her writing, coaching, speaking, and apparel collection, she brings that message to life.
Coach K is the author of The Weight of Enough, a novel exploring faith, addiction, grief, and the pressure to appear strong while quietly struggling. This new release encourages readers to look beyond shame, recognize their worth, and find the courage to begin again.

Dr. Kenneth L. Gray is a community-focused leader, entrepreneur, and visionary dedicated to empowering youth, families, and underserved communities. He earned an Honorary Doctorate in 2020 in recognition of his extensive work in service, mentorship, and program development.
Dr. Gray serves as the CEO of The Sports Legacy Group LLC, Dominant Force, KEN-ER-G United Inc., and the Community Unity Festivals, organizations committed to agricultural education, health and wellness, sports engagement, and community revitalization.
A nationally recognized advocate for service and youth empowerment, Dr. Gray is the proud recipient of two Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards, presented by Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden, honoring over 11,000 hours of community service and impact-driven leadership.
